Mardik has done a number of jobs for us already, and we have been happy with every project he has completed. The first project we asked him to do was recessed lighting installation. After he finished the lighting, I observed that he is also meticulous in his work, which is difficult to find nowadays. I’ve encountered several contractors before who would just do the job, take shortcuts, and not pay attention to the details. That is why we had peace of mind when Mardik was working on our repairs and projects.
After that, we asked him to do more repairs to our wall, reroute our dryer duct/vent, and finally complete a major project: a built-in cabinet/shelving unit around the fireplace and the installation of a window, both in our family room, which I am posting a photo of here. Actually, another contractor, who priced slightly less, began the work, but it was such a disaster and headache. So, we asked Mardik if he could fix and continue the job, which he gladly did. I was impressed with his problem-solving skills. The other contractor messed up the tiling and did not use a level tool, but Mardik was able to fix everything, and the overall project came out really, really nice.
I would highly recommend Mardik. He is professional, starts early, works all day, and makes sure he leaves the place clean. His price is reasonable, too. He also has a team with their own specialties, including painting, cabinetry, and so on. They are all skilled, polite, and respectful to us and our space.

Mardik delivers. In fact, he overdelivers! His quality of work is like no one else’s, and that is not an exaggeration. He shows up on time every day and is strategic about where and when to start each phase to ensure that the client is not inconvenienced while remodeling their home. He finished my job one week earlier than he had promised.

Mardik was excellent! I had thought that the water coming from a toilet was due to a bad bottom seal, where the toilet connects to the waste line. Mardik spotted that the water was coming from the toilet tank. Long story short: before he arrived, I expected to pay a certain amount to get the toilet repaired. For that amount, he fixed the toilet and two other annoyances.
He’s pleasant, neat, and arrived precisely on time with all of the parts that were needed. His cousin-associate was also pleasant, knowledgeable, and neat.
Mardik’s price was probably 20% more than others; however, he’s 50% or more efficient than others. In other words, overall, I’ll use Mardik again.

This is an overdue review. This was the best experience that I have ever had with remodeling. They were right to the point, offered a fair price, started on time, and finished as promised. I can’t say enough about the quality of work. Once they were done, the workplace was cleaner than when they started. They were very responsible. I wish I could give them 20 gold stars.
