 Verified We hired Mardik and his team for the first time to complete substantial repairs on our house. From the beginning, Mardik was patient and professional--he took the time to answer all our questions and offered helpful suggestions regarding materials and the scope of the work.The project included repairing the entrance pergola, which required replacing heavy beams and studs. He also replaced damaged wood trim along the roofline and cleaned the gutters. In addition, Mardik demonstrated his plumbing skills by successfully patching a leak in the bathroom drain.He was always on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project on schedule and within budget.  Verified I came home from vacation to a leaky outdoor pipe. I called a few handyman companies and Kevin's had the quickest response.  Mardik showed up at my house 90 minutes later, professional, very polite, explained the work he would do and how long it would take.  He kept to his word and the work was completed in an hour including cleaning up.  I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, great value for my money and the job.  Hopefully I won't need anything fixed I can't handle any time soon, but I know who I will call when I do.  I would highly recommend this handyman service.

I got estimates from multiple companies, but chose Mardik for his knowledge and clear communication, and the fact that he didn't try to "sell" me anything.  Verified Kevin's Handyman is owned and operated by Mardik. Mardik was excellent!  I had thought that the water coming from a toilet was due to a bad bottom seal (toilet into waste line).  Mardik spotted that the water was coming from the toilet tank.  Long story shorter: before he arrived, I expected to pay X to get the toilet repaired: for the same amount, he fixed the toilet AND 2 other annoyances. He's pleasant, neat, and arrived precisely on time with all of the parts that were needed.  His cousin-associate was also pleasant, knowledgeable, and neat. Mardiik's price was probably 20% more than others; however, he's 50% or more efficient than others. IOW: overall, I'll use Mardik again. Andrew Mark San Jose, CA
